Position: Director of Analytics & Project Delivery
Location: Danville, CA (Remote)
Pay: $180,000–$200,000/year
Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in analytics delivery, financial analysis, or data-driven consulting in a client-facing environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours.

Job Description:
- Own end-to-end delivery of analytics engagements from kickoff through final delivery.
- Lead multiple concurrent projects involving financial, operational, and software-as-a-service data.
- Serve as primary client leader, partnering directly with Chief Financial Officers and executive stakeholders.
- Translate business questions into data models, reporting solutions, and analytical frameworks.
- Oversee the development of dashboards, forecasts, financial models, and key performance indicator frameworks.
- Ensure data accuracy and governance across enterprise systems and business intelligence tools.
- Coach and develop managers and analytics team members.
- Partner with senior leadership on engagement strategy, planning, and resource allocation.
Position Requirements:
- Strong understanding of financial statements, operating metrics, and revenue models.
- Experience leading complex data and analytics initiatives involving financial data.
- Familiarity with software-as-a-service and recurring revenue business models.
- Comfort working across data warehouses, business intelligence tools, and financial modeling environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- High ownership mindset with a focus on execution and accountability.
